ABOUT US
Nine Lives Kitten Rescue is a growing Non-Profit Organization located in Pinellas County, Florida. We are dedicated to the safety and health of kittens who would otherwise be euthanized or abandoned. We rescue and care for kittens between 1 day and 13 weeks old.
Here at Nine Lives Kitten Rescue, we think every kitten deserves a chance at life. We rescue, rehabilitate, and find them homes. Feral or domestic, if you know a kitten in need, please contact us.
We are also strong supporters of the TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) Program. We work closely with local TNR Trappers to make sure cats are trapped humanely, neutered, and released back to the area they came from unless we can find them a home. Our goal is two-fold. Slow down the population of feral breeding cats and to give every small born kitten a chance at a good life.
We take in kittens that are abandoned, newborn or sick, that would be euthanized due to the considerable time and their medical needs.
We provide all their socializing skills, vaccinations and testing for diseases. The kittens are then spayed/neutered and micro-chipped prior to adoption. The highest euthanasia age is kittens under eight weeks old.
We provide a safe and loving place for these kittens, until we find their forever home!
